Due to an Act of Mother Nature (egg laying slumps) we cannot guarantee that the eggs will be sent on the exact date of order, but your order will be shipped as soon as possible. NOTE! If you do not receive your order within three days of the date you have been given for shipping your order will be moved to the following
week.
Small Order Charge:
We cannot guarantee eggs to hatch because they can be
damaged in shipment or incubation problems can occur that we have no control
over. With the packaging that we use, there are very few broken eggs if any. We
include extras on eggs only if box will allow extras to offset
any damage.
IMPORTANT TO READ!
If you order hatching eggs in cold weather, eggs are subject to freezing this will greatly reduce your hatch rate! Please make sure weather is suitable in your area before ordering,Our customer volume is to large to check every area for correct shipping temp. Order at your own risk!
There will be No Guarantee what so ever on Hatching Eggs! These eggs are fresh! (always less than 7 days old and are the same eggs we use to hatch!
ORDERING:
All orders are taken on a first booked, first served
basis.
Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full !
Some
areas cost more to ship to, if this is the case additional shipping will be
added to the total shipping cost per items you purchaced. We reserve the right
to adjust shipping charges on all Supplies & Hatching Egg Orders
without notification!

All hatching egg claims must be approved by email after we receive a photo showing the packing of eggs along with damaged eggs.
YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND OR NEW EGGS OR CHICKS WITHOUT SHOWING PROOF !!!
of damaged eggs. When we receive this photo we will contact you right away to resolve the issue. We always send extras with all orders incase of any loss. If you do NOT send a photo you will not receive a refund.All Orders must have physical address!
Any Refusal of orders after arriving at destination point remains the property of the customer, No refunds will be made!
There will be a charge on all canceled orders, this will be 25% of order total! So Please make sure you understand this before placing Your Orders!~ No Exceptions!
